I can help you to get to the bottom of your discomfort and to improve your quality of life. Most behaviors have a root cause and can usually be faced and resolved. We will use different techniques to consider different aspects of you.
Wellness counselling is a holistic approach, considering mind-body-soul to understand yourself better.
Typically during a session we will spend time discussing your situation and your thoughts and feelings at that moment. This may be followed by a visualisation and drawing of the strongest emotion. From the new-found information we can further explore how to live in a more wholesome way, without that strong emotion or event consuming every thing else.
Counselling is about understanding yourself and the forces that drive you better and to live more embodied, a fuller and richer life.
